By accessing DUO (“the Program”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

2. Program Description

DUO is a 28-day marriage rescue program providing daily guided lessons, partner exercises, and resources based on Gottman Institute methods. The first two days are free. Continued access requires payment where applicable.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. The Program is for educational and self-improvement purposes and does not replace professional therapy or medical advice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through the Program are the intellectual property of Turbile and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
